BlackForest and Dust Bunny Nation

Filed under: Reference — emstar @ 2:49 pm

I played with a great band last night called Dust Bunny Nation. They are worth checking out if you get a chance. I’ll post a link at the bottom of this post for all you awesome people to check out. You life will be much richer if you do. I am like a fortunate cookie so listen up. :)

Tonight I am playing the BlackForest in Eugene Oregon. (Me home town for now…) It’s a free show so it’s a great value. It’s all I can do in this bad economy to help my fans out. Look RMM is doing their part. Do yours. Show up. I play at 10 pm. You know my shows are known for the great light displays and massive amounts fun. The party is happening tonight! Check it out. There are two other bands playing after me. Three guys who paint play indie rock goodness. Recycled Radio play a mash of Grindcore, Electronica and Experimental. They will light up your ears at close to midnight. Remember to show up early for RMM. I play at 10 tonight.

The Pacific

Filed under: Reference — emstar @ 9:11 pm

I just watched the second episode of The Pacific. The Pacific is on HBO and is like band of brothers on the pacific front. What a great show. If you haven’t had a chance to check this show out I would to it. My grandpa was in the pacific during world war 2. I never really knew him but this gives me a chance to know what he went though. He won a lot of metals but the war really messed him up. It’s a great look at a generation of people that we too soon forget about. A great generation. A generation that stared in to the face of oblivion and didn’t blink. It gives you incite even to our solders today. If nothing else, you will learn to care about what they go though. Watch it. It’ s really one of the great shows on TV at the moment.

Jango radio and U of O!

Filed under: Reference — emstar @ 3:57 pm

I have a show at the U of O campus tomorrow Friday the 19 @ the buzz coffee shop. It gonna be a great show! I will be there insupport of my album Rebel without a clause. The show will be at the bottom level of the EMU at 6pm. Early show… It’s free! Come out and check it out.

I am also getting airtime on Jango radio. I just signed a deal with them to play my songs online though their service. It’s going great RMM is reaching way more people than ever. Besides all the business talk, I have been busy lately working on promoting and playing a lot of gigs. If you anywhere around the north west RMM will be playing near you soon. My last show at the Wondering goat was a blast. I ran off the stage at one point and climbed on chairs. Great fun. I think I might have scared some people. :) You never know what’s going to go on at ReadyMade memories shows. Thanks to my awesome roadie staff! They are the best for putting up with all my craziness. Amber, Dre and Carson you guys and girl rock! I love you all!
